Initiate Your Request
Log into your NSI account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to NSI
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
